Sorry for the very late reply. Di namain napansin na naka disable ang messages. As for your question, pwede po ang 400cc scooter sa NLEX and SLEX. Siguradihin nyo lang po na complete riding apparel nyo. Sinisita pag di tama safety equipment like helmets and gloves.
